If i were purchase a sz 12 nike dunk low but comfortably (tiny bit loose) fit in an 11.5 will it be too big?

You might be ok with a 12, but since 11.5's are a bit loose on you, 12's would probably be too big.

I bought this car used and didn't realize that the low beam headlights won't turn on. I can get the parking, brake lights, fog lights to turn on and the high beams temporarily turn on, but I can't get the low beams to function or switch the high beams fully on. Any suggestions?
